Ritualise.co — Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Celestial Scale Group LLC, trading as Ritualise.co (“Ritualise”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Ritualise.co offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available through the website, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies and notices referenced within them.

By visiting Ritualise.co, creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to a recurring service where available, submitting content or otherwise using any part of our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, subscribers and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products or Services.

Additional policies referenced in these Terms, including our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, form part of these Terms where applicable.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, create a customer account, enter into a subscription or otherwise enter into a transaction through Ritualise.co.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

1.2 Lawful Use

You may not use our website, products or Services for any illegal, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.

You must not violate any applicable law or regulation when using our website or Services, including intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection and electronic communications laws.

You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, worms or any other technology intended to damage or interfere with the website, its users or related systems.

A serious or repeated breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our Services.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or terminate Service where reasonably necessary, including where we reasonably suspect:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud

  • Payment abuse or chargeback abuse

  • Resale activity not authorised by Ritualise

  • Abuse of promotional offers

  • Abuse of our return or guarantee policies

  • Illegal activity

  • Threatening or abusive conduct

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Attempts to interfere with or misuse our website or systems

Any such action remains subject to applicable consumer law.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, website content or access to the Service without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Headings in these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

SECTION 3 — HEALTH, WELLNESS AND SUPPLEMENT INFORMATION

3.1 General Information Only

Certain Ritualise products may include dietary supplements, food supplements, wellness products or other health-related products.

Information provided on Ritualise.co, including product descriptions, articles, advertisements, emails, social-media content, testimonials and educational materials, is provided for general informational purposes only.

It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Nothing on Ritualise.co should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, pharmacist or other appropriate healthcare professional.

3.2 Products Are Not Medical Treatment

Unless expressly authorised and legally permitted for a particular product and jurisdiction, Ritualise products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Customers should not discontinue, alter or replace prescribed medical treatment based solely on information provided by Ritualise.

3.3 Consult an Appropriate Healthcare Professional

Before using a supplement or health-related product, customers should consult an appropriate healthcare professional if they:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Are taking prescription or non-prescription medication

  • Have an existing medical condition

  • Are preparing for surgery

  • Have known allergies or sensitivities

  • Are unsure whether a product is appropriate for them

  • Have been advised to follow a medically supervised diet or supplement programme

3.4 Product Directions

Customers are responsible for reading the product label, ingredient information, warnings and usage instructions before use.

Products should only be used as directed.

Do not exceed a recommended dosage unless specifically instructed to do so by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you experience an unexpected or adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

3.5 Ingredients and Allergens

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient and allergen information before consuming a product.

If you have a known allergy, intolerance or sensitivity, you should confirm that a product is suitable for you before use.

Nothing in this section limits any legal responsibility Ritualise may have for defective, unsafe, incorrectly labelled or misdescribed goods.

SECTION 4 — INDIVIDUAL RESULTS AND TESTIMONIALS

Individual experiences with wellness products, supplements and other Ritualise products may vary.

Factors including age, health, lifestyle, diet, consistency of use, medication, individual physiology and other circumstances may affect a customer's experience.

We do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same outcome.

Customer reviews, testimonials, case histories, photographs, videos and personal experiences displayed on Ritualise.co or in our advertising describe individual experiences unless expressly stated otherwise.

They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another customer will obtain the same or similar result.

Any separate satisfaction guarantee offered by Ritualise is governed by its own terms as described in our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy.

SECTION 5 — RESPONSIBLE PRODUCT USE

Customers must use products in accordance with:

  • Product labels

  • Usage instructions

  • Safety warnings

  • Recommended dosages

  • Storage instructions

  • Any other instructions supplied with the product

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ritualise is not responsible for harm or loss caused specifically by deliberate or negligent misuse of a product, including:

  • Exceeding clearly stated recommended dosages

  • Using a product contrary to its instructions or warnings

  • Consuming a product despite a known relevant allergy

  • Continuing to consume a product after experiencing a known adverse reaction without seeking appropriate advice

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Altering, contaminating or tampering with a product after delivery

This section does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrectly labelled or misdescribed products.

SECTION 6 — ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on Ritualise.co is accurate and current.

However, general or educational information on the website may not always reflect the most recent research, product changes or regulatory developments.

Product-specific information should be read together with the information and instructions supplied with the product.

The website may also contain historical material provided for reference.

We may update website content where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section limits our obligations to provide customers with accurate material information about products before purchase.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online.

Products may be available in limited quantities and may be subject to purchase limits.

We may limit the sale of particular products or Services by geographic location where necessary for regulatory, logistical, commercial or operational reasons.

We may discontinue a product or Service at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, packaging, colours, dimensions and other visual information accurately. However, screen settings and manufacturing or packaging updates may cause minor visual differences.

Packaging designs may change from time to time without materially changing the product.

Where product formulations or ingredients change, customers should rely on the current ingredient information provided with the product.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is materially different from its description.

SECTION 8 — PRICES AND MODIFICATIONS

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without advance notice for future orders.

Changing a product price does not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted by Ritualise, except where permitted by law or where an obvious pricing error applies as described in Section 10.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or Services from time to time.

Nothing in this section allows Ritualise to retrospectively remove rights that a customer has already acquired under an accepted order.

SECTION 9 — ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT FORMATION

9.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through Ritualise.co, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.

An automated order confirmation, payment confirmation or acknowledgement email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that Ritualise has accepted the order.

9.2 When an Order Becomes Final

An order is not considered finally accepted by Ritualise until it has been reviewed and processed and the products have been dispatched by or on behalf of Ritualise.

The sales contract is therefore formed upon dispatch, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before dispatch, Ritualise may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Suspected unauthorised resale

  • A significant or obvious pricing error

  • An incorrect promotion

  • Regulatory or legal restrictions

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Technical errors

  • Abuse of our offers, guarantees or policies

If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected, any amount due back to the customer will be refunded.

9.3 After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation, delivery, return and refund rights are governed by our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 10 — PRICING ERRORS, PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

10.1 Pricing Errors

We attempt to ensure that prices are displayed correctly.

Occasionally, a product may be displayed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, system or human error.

If an obvious pricing error is identified before an order has been accepted and dispatched, we may:

  • Cancel the affected order and refund any payment already collected; or

  • Contact the customer and offer the opportunity to purchase at the correct price

We will not knowingly use this provision to cancel legitimate orders simply because a promotion has subsequently ended or a price has subsequently increased.

10.2 Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively

  • Promotional codes may be limited to one per transaction

  • Certain promotions may not be combined

  • Eligibility requirements may apply

  • Codes may have an expiry date

  • Codes may be limited by product, order value, customer or geographic region

10.3 Bundles, Multi-Buys and Free Products

Promotional bundles, “Buy X Get Y” offers, free gifts and similar promotions may be subject to specific conditions displayed with the offer.

Where a refund is applicable, the refund may be calculated according to the amount actually paid and the structure of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Where a customer returns an order that qualified them for a free promotional item, Ritualise may require the promotional item to be returned as part of the return where permitted by law.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 11 — BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

You agree to provide accurate:

  • Billing information

  • Shipping information

  • Email address

  • Payment details

  • Contact details reasonably necessary to fulfil your order

We may limit or decline orders reasonably suspected of fraud, commercial resale, promotion abuse or unauthorised activity.

We may also apply reasonable quantity limits per person, household, payment method, account or address.

If we need to modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using information supplied during checkout.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account information current.

SECTION 12 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING ORDERS

Some Ritualise products or Services may optionally be offered as subscriptions.

Subscriptions are only created where the customer specifically selects a subscription or recurring-purchase option.

12.1 Recurring Billing

Before entering into a subscription, the applicable:

  • Product

  • Price

  • Billing frequency

  • Delivery frequency

  • Promotional period, if any

  • Recurring nature of the subscription

will be displayed as part of the applicable offer or checkout process.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Ritualise and its payment providers to charge the applicable recurring amount to your selected payment method at the disclosed frequency until the subscription is cancelled.

12.2 Subscription Pricing

Where a subscription begins with a promotional price, introductory discount or other temporary offer, subsequent recurring orders may be charged at the standard subscription price where this was disclosed as part of the offer.

Future subscription pricing may change where legally permitted.

Where required by applicable law, customers will receive appropriate advance notice of material subscription price changes.

12.3 Cancelling a Subscription

Customers may cancel an active subscription using the cancellation method made available through Ritualise, which may include the customer account area or contacting customer support.

Cancellation stops future recurring orders.

If a recurring order has already been processed or dispatched before cancellation is completed, that order may remain payable and will be subject to the applicable Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy.

Where applicable law grants additional subscription cancellation rights, those rights will apply.

12.4 Optional Subscription Features

Where offered, customers may also have options to pause, skip or modify upcoming subscription orders.

Availability of these features may vary by product or subscription programme.

SECTION 13 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

All shipping, processing, tracking, delivery, cancellation, return and refund matters are additionally governed by our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where an eligible Ritualise product is advertised with a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, that guarantee is subject to the conditions and claim procedure stated in the Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy.

The existence of a voluntary Ritualise guarantee does not replace or restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Customers should review the Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy before placing an order.

SECTION 14 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to tools or Services provided by third parties.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not control those third-party tools.

Third-party Services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using those Services.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers where responsibility cannot reasonably or legally be attributed to Ritualise.

SECTION 15 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Ritualise.co may contain links to websites operated by third parties.

A link does not necessarily mean that Ritualise endorses or controls the third-party website.

We are not responsible for third-party content, products, policies or Services.

Customers should review the terms, privacy policies and other relevant information of third-party websites before entering into transactions with them.

SECTION 16 — REVIEWS, MEDIA, FEEDBACK AND USER SUBMISSIONS

16.1 Submitted Material

If you voluntarily submit material to Ritualise, including:

  • Reviews

  • Testimonials

  • Written feedback

  • Comments

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Audio

  • Before-and-after material

  • Social-media content submitted to Ritualise

  • Product experiences

  • Suggestions

  • Ideas

  • Stories

  • Other media or text

you acknowledge that the material may be used by Ritualise.

16.2 Ownership and Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, material voluntarily submitted to Ritualise for review, testimonial, promotional, feedback or similar purposes becomes the property of Ritualise upon submission.

To the extent that any intellectual property right cannot legally be transferred automatically, you grant Ritualise and Celestial Scale Group LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free licence to:

  • Use

  • Reproduce

  • Edit

  • Adapt

  • Crop

  • Translate

  • Publish

  • Distribute

  • Display

  • Advertise

  • Promote

  • Republish

  • Combine with other material

  • Create derivative works from

  • Use commercially

the submitted material in any existing or future media.

Where legally permitted, you waive any moral rights or similar rights that would prevent these uses.

16.3 No Compensation

Unless Ritualise expressly agrees otherwise in writing before submission, no payment, royalty, commission, fee or other compensation is owed to the customer or contributor for submitted material or its subsequent use.

Ritualise is under no obligation to:

  • Use submitted content

  • Maintain it confidentially

  • Attribute it to the contributor

  • Pay compensation for it

  • Respond to it

16.4 Rights in Submitted Content

By submitting material, you confirm that:

  • You created it or have permission to submit it

  • You have the necessary rights to grant the rights described above

  • Any identifiable persons shown in submitted media have given any consent required by law

  • The material does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights

  • The material is not knowingly false, defamatory, unlawful or malicious

Ritualise may edit, refuse, remove or stop using submitted material at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 17 — PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission and processing of personal information through Ritualise.co is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider and e-commerce infrastructure.

SECTION 18 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on Ritualise.co may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters such as:

  • Product descriptions

  • Pricing

  • Promotions

  • Availability

  • Shipping charges

  • Transit estimates

  • Product images

We may correct genuine errors and update inaccurate information.

Where an error materially affects an order that has not yet been accepted and dispatched, Section 9 and Section 10 apply.

Nothing in this section permits Ritualise to remove mandatory consumer rights or retrospectively alter an accepted contract where prohibited by law.

SECTION 19 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use Ritualise.co or its content:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To encourage others to participate in unlawful activity

  • To infringe intellectual property rights

  • To impersonate another person

  • To provide deliberately false or fraudulent information

  • To upload or distribute malware

  • To interfere with website security

  • To scrape or harvest personal information unlawfully

  • To conduct phishing, spam or fraudulent activity

  • To attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems

  • To manipulate reviews, promotions, referrals or discount systems

  • To commit payment fraud or chargeback abuse

  • To use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Service

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Ritualise, our customers or third parties.

SECTION 20 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, Ritualise.co and its associated content, including:

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Product names

  • Product designs

  • Packaging designs

  • Website text

  • Graphics

  • Photography

  • Videos

  • Advertising materials

  • Educational content

  • Layouts and design elements

are owned by or licensed to Celestial Scale Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative commercial works from protected Ritualise material without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

SECTION 21 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

21.1 Website Availability

We aim to keep Ritualise.co available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.

The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, technical problems, system updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

21.2 Website and Informational Content

General website content and non-product digital features are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that general educational content will be appropriate for every individual's particular circumstances.

21.3 Rights That Cannot Be Excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or attempts to exclude liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for matters that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

21.4 Indirect Loss

Subject to Section 21.3 and to the extent permitted by law, Ritualise is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

Where products are purchased for personal consumer use, these Terms do not remove any mandatory remedies available under applicable consumer law.

21.5 Business Use

If you purchase or use our products or Services primarily for business purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ritualise will not be responsible for:

  • Loss of profit

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of anticipated savings

  • Loss of business opportunity

  • Business interruption

arising indirectly from use of the Service or products.

SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs directly caused by:

  • Your unlawful use of the Service

  • Your intentional infringement of another person's rights

  • User content you submitted without the required rights or permissions

  • Fraudulent or malicious activity carried out through your account

  • A material breach of these Terms caused intentionally or through serious misconduct

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Ritualise for matters caused by Ritualise's own fault or matters for which Ritualise is legally responsible.

SECTION 23 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.

If it cannot be preserved, the affected provision will be severed.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 24 — TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective while you use Ritualise.co or our Services.

You may stop using our website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or Service where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Serious or repeated breaches of these Terms

  • Fraud

  • Security concerns

  • Illegal activity

  • Abuse of the Service

Termination does not affect obligations, payments, rights or liabilities that arose before termination.

SECTION 25 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, including our:

  • Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

  • Privacy Policy

  • Any specific subscription terms displayed when a subscription is purchased

  • Any specific promotional conditions expressly displayed with an offer

form the agreement governing your use of Ritualise.co and purchases made through the website.

Failure by Ritualise to immediately enforce a provision does not automatically constitute a waiver of that provision.

Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer rights or representations that applicable law requires Ritualise to honour.

SECTION 26 — GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms and contracts entered into through Ritualise.co are governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

If you are purchasing as a consumer outside the United States, this choice of governing law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country, state, province or territory of residence where those protections cannot legally be excluded by contract.

In particular, customers in jurisdictions including the United Kingdom and European Union retain mandatory statutory consumer protections applicable to their purchases.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in Wyoming where applicable consumer law gives that consumer the right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.

SECTION 27 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to our Services

  • New products or features

  • Operational changes

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Legal developments

  • Security requirements

The latest version will be displayed on Ritualise.co with an updated revision date.

Changes generally apply prospectively.

Where a material change affects an existing subscription or contractual relationship and applicable law requires advance notice or consent, we will provide it as required.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
